However, for companies that want extra assistance maturing their existing framework, the Premium solution offers a broader set of consultancy and tooling packages. Excellent! We have a simple, elegant, and low-cost solution that they should see. Most firms will have colleagues appointed to a project regarding operational resilience. Our app supports colleagues and teams to report the current and future resilience of their important business services in clear and insightful ways that all their stakeholders, from board to executive to managers, understand. It is challenging as it is new, and different stakeholders want to see different information.
We've already chosen a vendor.
Very good. We have clients who are currently going through the process of implementation with other solutions. However, they’ve bought the OpRes Dashboard because they know it’ll take many months or years before they get the insight/reports that their board needs. And this is super low-cost and quick to deploy. So they have bought OpRes Dashboard as a tactical solution because, well, we’re halfway through the implementation period and the board needs answers now.
We’ve already have Risk Management Software
Excellent! That’s important because the OpRes dashboard uses risk data, merges with operational resilience data like mapping, scenario exercising, and provides at-a-glance insight as to how resilient each business service is to various risk scenarios. It shows whether you are within impact tolerance or not, provides click-through to see the underlying resilience issues and vulnerabilities driving the resilience score, and most importantly, shows you where you can expect to be in the future. The implementation period closes on the 1st of March 2025, which will quickly come around. It’s useful to be able to see where you expect to be then.
Why should we trust you / RocketFin?
Our principal consultant was formerly Head of Operational Resilience for a UK leading firm when they were looking at sophisticated tools for Operational Resilience. He realised that the data already existed but it was in different places and so built a Power BI report to serve his board. He then realized that all firms who follow PRA Handbook will have this data, probably in different systems and formats, and so developed an OpRes Dashboard that will work for all firms.
